Abstract
The Workshop on Consultative Mechanisms for Non-Governmental Organization Inputs to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change was held at the Palais des Nations, Geneva, on 2 March 1996. At the Workshop, presentations were made by three constituency groups, namely, business and industry; municipal leaders and local
authorities; and environmental organizations. These presentations formed the basis of discussion by the working groups of each constituency whose reports are contained in document FCCC/SBSTA/1996/11. In this note, summaries of the original presentationsare reproduced without formal editing
