Abstract
The attached proposal was submitted by the European Community and its member States in connection with the work of the eighth session of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI), and in particular with reference to items 4 (a) and 4 (b), “Financial Mechanism: (a) Review process referred to in decision 9/CP.1; (b) Guidance to the Global Environment Facility”.
