Abstract
The attached provisional list of participants in the fifth session of the Conference of the Parties, being held from 25 October to 5 November 1999, has been prepared on the basis of information received by the secretariat as at 20 October 1999. A revised, final list of participants in this session will be issued on Friday, 5 November 1999, taking into account additional information received by the secretariat prior to that date and including any corrections submitted
