Abstract
The Conference of the Parties at the second part of its sixth session, by its draft decision, "Implementation of Article 4, paragraphs 8 and 9, of the Convention (decision 3/CP.3 and Article 2, paragraph 3, and Article 3, paragraph.14, of the Kyoto Protocol)" invited least developed country Parties to submit an estimate of their financial needs for the preparation of national adaptation programmes of action (FCCC/CP/2001/L.12, para.14). All the submissions have been received. In accordance with the procedure for miscellaneous documents, these submissions are attached and reproduced in the language in which they were received and without formal editing
