Abstract
This note presents the report of the expert meeting on methodologies for technology needs assessments, held in Seoul, Republic of Korea, in the period from 23 to 25 April 2002. It contains a summary of the meeting presentations and the panel and general discussions, as well as the outcomes of three parallel working groups. The meeting was organized by the secretariat in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and with the kind assistance of the Korean Energy Management Corporation (KEMCO) of the Republic of Korea. This note should be read in conjunction with the report of the expert workshop on technology information, held in Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, from 18 to 19 April 2002 (FCCC/SBSTA/2002/INF.6)
