Abstract
At its tenth session, the interim secretariat was requested to inform the Committee at its eleventh session of the intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations that would by then have expressed their wish to be represented at COP 1 as observers (A/AC.237/76, para. 139). The present addendum contains a list of intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations, which as of 31 January 1995, have expressed their wish to be represented at the first session of the Conference of the Parties as observers, in accordance with Article 7, paragraph 6 of the Convention (see A/AC.237/78, paras. 26-33)
