Abstract
The Climate Change Secretariat would like to inform the participants in the sixth session of INC/FCCC of its efforts to build up a reference unit on climate change. This effort is being developed in close collaboration with the UNEP/WMO Information Unit on Climate Change (IUCC). As a first step, bibliographical and periodicals databases have been developed using the CDS/ISIS software, which is broadly used within the UN system and is available free of charge from UNESCO. The bibliographical database, called CLIMA, includes books, articles, reference material, "grey literature' and UN documents and reports available at the Climate Change Secretariat as well as at IUCC. The periodicals database, called CCPER, includes journals, bulletins, newsletters and serial publications available at both organizations and cited in other databases. Listings of titles available in CLIMA and CCPER as at 30 November 1992 are attached
