In addition to the submissions already received (see FCCC/AGBM/1995/MISC.1, Add. 1, 2, 3 and 4, and FCCC/AGBM/1996/MISC.1, Add. 1) a contribution has been received from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on behalf of the Annex I Expert Group on the UNFCCC.
