Abstract
This report briefly describes the objectives and activities of the workshop and provides a summary of main findings, problems and recommendations discussed in three working groups -greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories, vulnerability and adaptation, and financial and technical needs. Working papers providing more details of the discussions of each of the working groups will be made available separately. The agenda of the workshop and the list of participants are
reproduced in annexes I and II below
