Abstract
At its eleventh session, the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice invited Parties to submit, by 15 March 2001, their views on approaches for estimating and accounting for emissions of carbon dioxide from forest harvesting and wood products, taking into account the report of the IPCC expert meeting on that subject held in Dakar, Senegal, from 5 to 6 May 1998, for compilation into a miscellaneous document and consideration by the SBSTA at its fourteenth session (FCCC/SBSTA/1999/14, para. 69). As at 17 April 2001, the secretariat has received ten such submissions. * In accordance
