Abstract
This document contains the financial statements for the biennium 2000-2001 which have been audited by the United Nations Board of Auditors. The audit statement is provided in document FCCC/SBI/2002/10. The Subsidiary Body for Implementation is invited to take note of the information contained in this document and the report of the external auditors. It may also wish to propose appropriate actions which may be included in the draft decisions on administrative and financial matters to be adopted by the Conference of the Parties at its eighth session
