Abstract
This note presents the report of the Chair of the Expert Group on Technology Transfer (EGTT) to the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA) on the outcome of the second meeting of the EGTT convened on 20-21 October 2002 in New Delhi, India. In implementing its programme of work for the biennium 2002-2003, the EGTT discussed and agreed on the following conclusions and recommendations for further consideration by the SBSTA at its seventeenth session
