Abstract
This second report has been prepared in accordance with the Guidelines for Communication determined by the Conference of the Parties (COP) and the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA) in 1996. The Norwegian greenhouse gas inventory presented in the report generally follows the Draft Guidelines for national greenhouse gas inventories published by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). However, where appropriate other estimation methods have been used to achieve better, more complete figures for our greenhouse gas emissions
