Abstract
The secretariat has received submissions from Fiji, Nigeria and Spain (on behalf of the European Community) in regards to a call for comments regarding the establishment of intergovernmental technical advisory panels. The Chairman of SBSTA will make use of these submissions for his informal consultations during the second session of the Ad Hoc Group of the Berlin Mandate, to be held from 30 October to 3 November 1995
