Abstract
The Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA), at its second session held at Geneva from 27 February to 4 March 1996, requested the secretariat to prepare a compilation of views of the Parties on the various issues listed above (FCCC/SB/1996/L.1). The secretariat has received several submissions on the various issues and these are accordingly attached to the present note. In accordance with the procedure adopted for miscellaneous documents, these submissions are reproduced in the original language(s) in which they were received and without formal editing.
