Abstract
The attached proposals were submitted by Indonesia on behalf of the Group of 77 and China in connection with the work of the eighth session of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation, and in particular with reference to items 4 (a) and 4 (b), “Financial mechanism: (a) Review process referred to in decision 9/CP.1; (b) Guidance to the Global Environment Facility”.
