The note contains the draft decision of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation which requests the Executive Secretary to inform the Secretary-General of the United Nations that it has decided to recommend to the Conference of the Parties at its fifth session that the institutional linkage of the Convention secretariat to the United Nations be continued
