Abstract
This document presents the programme of work for the biennium 2002-2003 of the Expert Group on Technology Transfer. The programme of work as proposed in this document includes activities which the Expert Group believes can contribute to the successful implementation of the framework for meaningful and effective actions to enhance the implementation of Article 4.5 of the Convention contained in the annex to decision 4/CP.7 and to the advancement of technology transfer activities under the Convention
