Abstract
This note contains information on ongoing activities of the secretariat in 2002 relating to the implementation of the technology framework, in particular on technology needs assessments, development of a technology information system, establishment of an international information clearing house and networks of technology centres, and consultations with relevant international organizations on their capacities and abilities to support certain activities identified in the technology framework.
