Abstract
This document addresses a number of important procedural and organizational issues concerning arrangements for the first session of the COP/MOP, in anticipation of the entry into force of the Kyoto Protocol. Arrangements for subsequent sessions of the COP/MOP could be made drawing on the experience of COP/MOP 1. Specific proposals and recommendations are made, in an effort to focus discussion among Parties during SBI 17
