2011.07.31 (Sun)　ジェノベーゼ
　家族不在の物足りない休日を紛らわすため，家で採れた大量のバジルでジェノベーゼソースを作ってみました。ウェブでは，分量は適当に，とあったので，本当に適当に作ったら，どうやらニンニクを入れすぎたようです・・・。鶏モモのソテーにつけてみたのですが，ソースの味が強すぎて鶏肉の風味が感じられない。
　とりあえず残ったソースは冷凍して，どう使ったら良いか思案中。寝かせている間にまろやかな味になることをちょっと期待。
2011.07.27 (Wed)　節電避難
　前の週末，家族（妻＋娘３人＋犬１匹）を私の実家まで送ってきました。節電避難です。末娘がまだ１歳になったばかりなので，猛暑の日中にクーラーをつけないわけにはいかない，と判断しました。
