Abstract
The information concerning the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and its Kyoto Protocol is presented in two annexes: Annex I, providing a general status of ratification of the Convention as at 22 October 1999, the dates in the column on ratification being those of receipt by the Depositary of the instrument of ratification or accession; Annex II, listing in alphabetical order all Parties to the Convention that have signed and/or ratified the Kyoto Protocol as at 12 October 1999
