Abstract
The Conference of the Parties, by its decision 10/CP.2, requested the Convention secretariat to make available to the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI), at each of its sessions, details of the financial support made available to Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention by the Global Environment Facility (GEF), as an entity entrusted with the operation
of the financial mechanism for the preparation of their initial communications, including projects in this regard proposed by each Party, the funding decisions and the date and amount of funds made available to the Party (FCCC/CP/1996/15/Add.1). The attached table contains information obtained from the Secretariat of the Global
