Abstract
The Conference of the Parties (COP) at the second part of its sixth session requested the secretariat to organise a workshop of governmental experts on issues related to Articles 5, 7 and 8 of the Kyoto Protocol prior to the seventh session of the COP, under the chairmanship of Mr. Harald Dovland, the Chairman of the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (FCCC/CP/2001/5, paragraph 69). 2. The purpose of this note is to report on the results of the workshop. This note contains revised decision and guidelines text for Articles 5, 7 and 8 of the Kyoto Protocol, which were prepared based on the discussions of the workshop
