Abstract
The Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice, at its fifteenth session, decided to recommend the following draft decision for adoption by the Conference of the Parties at its seventh session: Draft decision -/CP.7 Revision of the guidelines for the preparation of national communications by Parties included in Annex I to the Convention, Part I: UNFCCC reporting guidelines on annual inventories, and the guidelines for the technical review of greenhouse gas inventories from Parties included in Annex I to the Convention
