Abstract
This note has been prepared as a reference tool for Parties, in order to facilitate early submission of information and views requested by the Conference of the Parties at its seventh session and the subsidiary bodies at their sixteenth sessions. A chronological summary table for all upcoming deadlines arising from these sessions is attached. The table includes references to the appropriate documents. As the reports of the subsidiary bodies on their sessions (to be issued as FCCC/SBI/2002/6 and FCCC/SBSTA/2002/6) have yet to be finalized, references to in-session documents are used. This is a tentative list in anticipation of the adoption of decisions by the two bodies. A final list will be issued by Friday, 21 June 2002. In order for the documents to be produced in a timely manner for the next sessions, it is important that the submissions reach the secretariat on time. The secretariat also wishes to recall that documents can be produced faster from electronic submissions, either on diskette or via electronic mail.E-mail submissions should be sent to secretariat@unfccc.int; receipt will be acknowledged. Submissions formatted in MS Word 97 are preferable but other software formats are also welcome. Where non-electronic submissions are provided, more time is needed to produce the document. As submissions are compiled on an issue-by-issue basis, the secretariat requests that each submission be identified by its subject and mandate and, if possible, sent as a separate document
