Abstract
The Conference of the Parties, at the second part of its sixth session, agreed that the secretariat should issue a transcript of the statements by Parties made at the 15th plenary meeting, on 23 July 2001, in connection with the approval of "The Bonn Agreements on the implementation of the Buenos Aires Plan of Action" (decision 5/CP.6) (see FCCC/CP/2001/5, para. 61).
Accordingly, the present document contains a transcript of the above-mentioned statements in order of delivery and based on the English interpretation in the case of statements delivered in languages other than English. A complete webcast of the 15th plenary meeting, held on 23 July 2001, may be viewed on the COP 6 web site at http://www.unfccc.int/cop6_2/ .
