The present note discusses how to define "relevance to climate change" and "consistency with guidance from the COP and with provisions of the Convention." It then suggests some ways and means to seek such consistency for activities implemented by the United Nations system, by multilateral financial institutions, through bilateral assistance and by the non-governmental sector
